DELIVERY POLICY
We are open Mondays to Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays & Public Holidays.

DELIVERY TIMING
We offer delivery in Singapore, except to PO Boxes, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Airfreight Centre, Army camps, PSA Ports unless otherwise stated.
Delivery fee is S$6 per location, and is complimentary for orders totalling above S$100.

​Our regular delivery schedule from Monday to Saturday is as below:
Morning between 1000 to 1200 hrs
Afternoon between 1400 to 1800 hrs

Weekly Fleur Box Special
Delivery is free for this item, taking place on the pre-mentioned date each week between 1000-1600 hrs.
However, kindly take note that we are not able to cater to any specific delivery time slot.

If you need us to deliver outside of this regular timing or request for a specific delivery timing, please email us at shop@fleursactually.com after sending in your order to request. This will be subject to a surcharge of S$10.

SELF-COLLECTION TIMING
We offer self-collection at our home studio in Bishan, Monday to Saturday from 1000 to 1800 hrs. The full address will be provided when you checkout.

DELIVERY RECEIPT
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no recipient or representative is available to receive the order, our courier will call/text the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions.
​
If both the sender and recipient cannot be contacted via telephone within 10 minutes of the courier's arrival, the order will be placed at the door-step or left with reception/front desk/security guard. Our courier will always try to put the order in a safe and shaded area where possible. Fleurs Actually does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

RE-DELIVERY
In the unfortunate circumstances that an order needs to be re-delivered due to various reasons such as incorrect address being provided etc, and through no fault of Fleurs Actually and its appointed agents, an additional delivery fee (S$6) will apply and be payable prior to the re-delivery. For fresh flowers, kindly note that the re-delivery will have to be done within 4 hours from the original delivery time stated to ensure their freshness.

PEAK PERIOD
Additional delivery surcharges may be imposed during peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION
We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us 2 full working days in advance of the original delivery date.

RETURNS​
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you. In case of any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Fleurs Actually reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion.
